Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the North Ballarat Football Netball Club Inc (Club) will be held:
Wednesday 11th March 2026,
commencing at 7:00pm,
at the North Ballarat Sports Club at 725 Creswick Rd, Ballarat.
BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED
1. To receive and consider confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meetings of North Ballarat Football Club 17th December 2024
2. To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the North Ballarat Football Netball Club - 12 months ended 31 October 2025
3. Annual Report
4. Confirmation of Election of Directors of the Association
5. Confirmation of Life Members
6. To appoint the Financial Auditor for the 2026 financial year
7. To consider any general business for which notice has been given
2025 Annual Report Booklets will be available for collection.
